Week 2

This week was a very busy week for me with homework and driving my students, which can really be a tense job. I wasn't able to work out as much as I would have like to in the gym with being so busy. So Saturday I put time a side when I was finally home alone, put on some soft and quiet music, closed my eyes and relaxed. I could feel my body relaxing minute by minute. After about 10 minutes of just having my eyes closed listening to the quiet music, I started to move my arms above my head slowly to the beat of the music. I meditated for about 30 minutes, and afterward, I felt so relaxed and like a new person. I really am enjoying this meditation, and I really am going to try to meditate at least one more time during the middle of the week.
