My friend Marcy has been studying qigong meditation which is Chinese. I had went to her house to learn her way of meditaion, and found it so very relaxing. We had listened to a tape to relax us, and when we relaxed, we started using our arms just swaying around us. This meditaion can be either active or quiet or may be active and quiet. I was really surprised on how relaxed my body really felt. I am going to continue to meditate with Marcy. She is going to continue to explain more each time I go to house for this meditation. This was just my first time, and she didn't want to scare me. I am looking forward to my next visit with Marcy.

Buddism Meditation

I have decided to try Buddism Meditation which can help wipe away everyday's stress, bringing inner peace.

My everyday life is busy, busy, busy, so I would like to try and learn how to Meditate and relax with the strees I also have everyday.

I'm hoping that with learning how to Meditate, I will be more relaxed and be able to handle the stress in my everyday life. I friend of mine acually Meditates all the time, so I am going to go by my friend Marcy and learn the way of Meditation to relax.
